EMMANUEL QUARSHIE – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Emmanuel Quarshie is the Chief Executive Officer of Wealth Management Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession with the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA) Ghana, holds an Executive MBA from the prestigious University of Ghana Business School and is pursuing his Doctorate degree.

Until recently, he was the pioneering Chief Financial Officer of Vanguard Life Assurance Company Limited, a major life insurance company in Ghana where he worked for 7yrs. In his 20 years working career, he has left his rich mark in almost all industries in Ghana spanning from the Construction, Electricity, Thermal Power, Timber, Manufacturing, Insurance and Service sectors of the economy.

He is a founding Member and currently, the Treasurer of the Institute of Packaging, Ghana (IOPG), and also a Member of the Finance sub-committee of Ghana Institute of Management. His astute knowledge and knack in areas of proper Financial and Management Accounting, Investment and Treasury Management, Human Capital Management, Insurance solvency requirements, among others, have remarkably influenced the fortunes of the companies he has associated with.

Being a skilful and result-oriented-person, he has succeeded in the development and implementation of credible recommendations in his advisory roles to several critical projects. His unparalleled expertise is greatly utilized by the boards of reputable entities on which he serves. He was recently adjudged the "2011 Banking & Finance Personality of the Year".
