JUSTICE KUSI-MINKAH PREMO - BOARD CHAIRMAN

Justice Kusi-Minkah Premo, is the Founder and CEO of Minkah-Premo Law Firm. He attended the University of Ghana, Legon and the Ghana School of Law. He was called to the Ghana Bar in 1984 and holds Masters in Law (LLM). He subsequently worked with the State Insurance Corporation, Kwaku Baah & Co. and Kokroko Chambers before setting up this practice in Accra, Kumasi and Sunyani. His areas of legal specialisation are Litigation and ADR, Corporate Legal Services and Human Rights and Constitutional Law.

He serves on many boards including Consulting firms, finance and commodity houses. He is currently the Vice President of the Ghana Bar Association and holds Professional Membership in the International Bar Association.
