Wealth Management Limited (WML) is a licensed Fund Management and Investments Advisory Institution under the Securities Industry Act, 1993 (Act 333) to provide a wide range of financial services. Established in 2008, WML is a wholly owned Ghanaian company incorporated and registered under the Company Code of Ghana, 1963 (Act 179).

In March 2012, WML was among the first batch of Fund Management companies sanctioned to manage Pensions Fund portfolios after evaluation by the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA). The company has been granted a Provisional License to undertake roles under the New Pensions Act, 2008 (Act 766).
